Biography
I have my Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2017. In my Ph.D. I worked on very interesting and challenging issues: object detection under different condition views. I addressed this issue in the context of grasping an object by a robot for disable person. The main contribution in my thesis is to deal with this issue without any prior knowledge about the desired object. I developed a novel computer vision method based on the descriptor fusion techniques and a context on-line descriptor evaluation. During my Ph.D., I published 3 research articles in peer-reviewed high-quality conferences.

I continue carrying research activities in the computer science field and in particular computer vision. I am deepening my knowledge about deep learning techniques, so I followed, in December 2018, a course about fundamentals of deep learning for computer vision delivered by Nvidia and I passed successfully the assessment. Now, I am defining a new future scheme for my career in research.
