Biography
As a brief history, I received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 1995 and the M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in control engineering from the same university in 1998 and 2005, respectively. I graduated with degree of honor in all grades I joined as an assistant professor to the Electrical Engineering Department at Azad University of Mashhad in 2006. Since 2006, I was exploring in the area of computer vision, robotics vision and virtual/augmented reality. I was appointed as the head of electrical engineering department at Azad University of Mashhad from 2007 to 2010. To combine and develop the sciences of artificial intelligence, machine vision, robotics and virtual reality, I founded Virtual Reality Laboratory in 2010. Then I was vice chancellor for research and technology of Azad University of Mashhad from 2014 to 2018. Now, I am visiting professor at McMaster University and research on medical equipment based on robotics vision and visual control systems.
