Was born on August 5, 1970 in Kharkov, USSR, In 1992 graduated from Kharkov State Univercity at Radiophysics and Electronics. Since 1998 - Ph.D. Degree on Radiophysics. Since 2011 - Doctor of Science on Radiophysics. At present - leading researcher and head of the research group in the O.Ya.Usikov Institute for Radiophysics and Electronics of NAS of Ukraine. Married. Have a son and a daughter.
