Biography Mohamed Aner was born in Egypt in 1975. He received a B.Sc. in Electrical Power and Machines Engineering from Helwan University, Egypt in 1998 and M.Sc. in Electric Power and Machines Engineering (Power Electronics) from Helwan University, Egypt in 2005. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering (Renewable Energy) at University of Calgary, Canada. His research interests include Power Electronics, Motor Drives, Wind Energy and Converters
