Biography
Yahui Liu received his B.S. from Jilin University in 2003. He received his Ph.D. in Automotive engineering from Beihang University in 2009, after which he joined the School of Vehicle and Mobility at Tsinghua University.
He is currently an Associate Professor in the School of Vehicle and Mobility at Tsinghua University, China. From 2010 to 2011, he was a visiting research fellow at Research & Development Headquarters, JTEKT CORPORATION. From 2014 to 2015, he was a visiting research fellow at Mechanical Systems Control Lab, ME Department, UC Berkeley. He is a member of IEEE, ASME, SAE. He serves as Associate Editor of Journal of Dynamic Systems, Measurement and Control.
Dr. Liu heads the Driver-Vehicle Automation Collaboration & Shared Control Lab, which focuses on driver-vehicle system dynamics and control, steering system of the autonomous vehicle, actuator design of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
