Biography
Kazem Pourhossein received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from K.N Toosi University of technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2002, the M.Sc. degree in electric power engineering from Zanjan University, Zanjan, Iran, in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree from Science&Research branch of Azad University in 2012, Tehran, Iran. He was with R&D department of IranTransfo from 2004 to 2006 working on transient phenomena in power transformers. He is currently an assistant professor in Tabriz branch of Azad University. His research interests include power transformer diagnosis, condition monitoring of power apparatus, high voltage, transients in power systems, renewable and sustainable energy systems and pattern recognition of energy systems.
