Biography
Dr. Alberto Tarable received his Master Degree and PhD degree in 1998 and 2002, both from Politecnico di Torino. After being associated to the Communication Group of Politecnico di Torino, since February 2012 he is a researcher at the Istituto di Elettronica e di Ingegneria dell’Informazione e delle Telecomunicazioni (IEIIT), an institute belonging to the National Research Council (CNR). His main research topics concern the physical- and upper-layer design of communication systems, and, in particular, wireless communications, MIMO techniques, wireless sensor networks. Dr. Tarable has participated to many national and international projects. He is the co-author of several tens of publications in the leading international journals and conferences. He has been an IEEE Member for more than ten years.
