Pr. Benazzouz obtained his Doctorat d’etat degree in electronics from ENP – Algiers in 1999 and his magister and engineer degree in Applied electronics from INELEC institute in 1991 and 1982 respectively. His Doctorate research was focused on performance evaluation of parallel distributed systems. Between 1982 and 1983 he was engineer at the Algerian petroleum company –SONTRACH in charge of maintenance. Between 1983 and 1985 he was engineer at an Algerian Electrical Company - SONELGAZ in charge of control of low pawer energy. From 1986 up to now he is lecturer and researcher at the Department of Industrial maintenance at the University of Boumerdes, Algeria, His interest domains are: Petri nets contribution in complex systems, Fault detection and isolation, Performance evaluation of parallel distributed system and Dynamic reliability systems.
