Biography Dr. Aser M. Matarneh received his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering in 1999 from Mu’tah University Mu’tah, Jordan and his MSc in digital communication systems in 2005 from Loughborough University, UK. From 2006 to 2008, he was a PhD researcher candidate in Electronic and Electrical Engineering Department of University of Leeds. In 2009, he received his PhD in MicroPhotonics while he was a visiting researcher in University of Glamorgan, Wales, UK. His research interests are Radio over Fiber, modeling of nonlinear optical fiber based for OFDM system applications, Nonlinearity of Lasers, Modeling of photonic devices, and wireless communications. Currently, he is working in Electrical Engineering Department of Mutah University, Jordan since May 2010. He has published a number of research papers in international journals and conference. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE), and The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), Jordan Engineers Association (JEA).
