Rula Alrawashdeh received the B.E. and M.E degrees (Hons.) in electrical engineering from Mutah University, Mutah, Jordan, in 2005, and 2008, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering/antennas and waves propagation from the University of Liverpool, Liverpool, U.K., in 2015. In 2007, she was with the Jordanian Ministry of Information and Communications Technology, Amman, Jordan, as a Communication Policies Analyst. She had joined the Department of Electrical Engineering, Tafila Technical University (TTU), Tafila, Jordan, as a lecturer for three years (2008-2011). Since 2015, she has been with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Mutah University, as an Associate Professor. Her current research interests include wireless power transfer, implantable and wearable antennas, mobile antennas, reconfigurable antennas, antennas for Internet of Things applications, hybrid FSO/RF systems and wave propagation in lossy media.
