Dianyong Chen received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics from Fudan University, Shanghai, China in 1991, 1994 and 2000, respectively.
From 1994 to 2000, he was a member of the faculty at Fudan University, Shanghai, China, where his research was focused on development of photo chromatic and electrical bistable materials for storage media. From 2000 to 2005, he was a senior scientist at Philips Research, where he was engaged in the development of Blu-ray Disc recording materials, test platforms and standardizations. From 2006 to 2009 he was a postdoctoral research fellow in Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada, where he was engaged in high-speed CMOS SerDes transceiver design. He joined Primex LTD as a principal engineer in 2009. He is currently developing power management integrated circuits. He has 2 U.S. patents and 1 China patent.
