Kun-Lin Tsai received the B.S. degree in Computer and Information Science from Tunghai University, Taiwan (1995 1999), the M.S. degree in computer science and information engineering (1999 2001), the Ph. D. degree in Electrical Engineering (2001 2006) from National Taiwan University, respectively. He was a postdoc of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 2007. He is currently an assistant professor at Department of Electrical Engineering of Tunghai University. His research intersests are low power system design, network communication, and smart home system.
