Biography
Mohammed Abuibaid received the B.Sc. Hons degree in telecommunication engineering from An-Najah National University, Nablus, Palestine, in 2013, and the M.Sc. degree in electronic and communication engineering from Kocaeli University, Kocaeli, Turkey, in 2018. He is currently working toward his Ph.D. degree with the Department of Systems and Computer Engineering, Carleton University, Ottawa, ON, Canada. From Nov 2016 to Aug 2019, he was a Technical Configurations Expert with Nokia, Budapest, Hungary where he was responsible for auditing Radio Access Network solutions. From May 2013 to Dec 2014, he was a Radio Frequency and Optimization Engineer with Ooredoo Palestine, Al-Bireh, Palestine where he was responsible for tuning radio software features and dimensioning radio access network resources. His main research interests include massive MIMO systems, radio resource allocation, cloud and multi-access edge computing.
