Biography
Michail Chatzidakis received his B.Sc. in Physics in 1980 and his M.Sc. in Computer Science (Computer Systems) in 2013. As of 2014 he joined the Pervasive Computing Research lab and he is currently a Senior Researcher at the NETSA (Network Technologies, Services and Applications) Laboratory, Department of Informatics and Telecommunications, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is also pursuing a PhD degree in the area of trust management in mobile ad hoc networks and distributed systems. Michail Chatzidakis has participated in a number of EU funded projects (RAWFIE, E-Press, ROBORDER, INCLUDING, RESILOC, ARESIBO). His interest are Network Security and especially in the MANET domain, Blockchain architectures and the Internet of Things. For his work in the E-press project he has received a Gold metal in Euroinvernt 2016. He is the author of a number of publications in the areas mentioned above.
