Biography
Adel Saad Emhemmed is an Associate Professor at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, University of Tripoli. He achieved his PhD in Electronics and Electrical Engineering at the University of Glasgow, UK, 2011. He is IEEE ieee senior member and has more than 40 publications. His interests cover antennas, propagation, Radar, Metamaterial, Integrated Circuits and High-speed analysis including EMC and Signal Integrity. Adel his extensive experience in design, fabrication, and on-wafer characterization of MMICs, MEMS and millimeter-wave active and passive devices with ultra-high frequency and ultra-low power. He also proficient in using EM software as HFSS, ADS, CST. Adel is scientific committee member in several conferences inside and outside Libya.
