Najat Almasarwah is an assistant professor in the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering at Mutah University. Her research focuses on the cellular manufacturing systems design and control, scheduling, manpower allocation, pallet loading problem, sustainability, industry 4.0 and complex systems. Almasarwah has published several papers in journals and conference proceedings and made conference presentations. She has obtained her Ph.D. and master’s degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio University, and her BS degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Mutah University, Jordan.
