I am Shorouq Manasrah, a fourth-year Electrical Engineering student specializing in Communications and Software Engineering at Al-Balqa Applied University – Al-Huson University College, Jordan. My academic interests include control systems, communications, software applications, and intelligent engineering solutions. My research focuses on an Adaptive Control-Based Queue Management System, which aims to improve queue performance and reduce waiting times in government service centers by dynamically adjusting the number of active service counters according to changes in queue conditions. Through this work, I seek to integrate control systems concepts with practical software applications to develop an adaptive decision-support system that enhances the efficiency of service management.
