Neda was born in Tehran, Iran, in 1978. She received the B.Sc. degree from University of Tehran, Iran, in 2001, the M.A.Sc. degree from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, in 2004, both in Electrical Engineering. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
