Biography Adib M.Monzer Habbal received his degree in computer engineering and post graduate Diploma in Informatics engineering from Aleppo University, Syria, in 2003 and 2006 respectively. In March 2007, he received the Master?s degree in Information Technology from University Utara Malaysia, Malaysia. Currently, He is a lecturer at the Department of Computer Science at University Utara Malaysia. He has been awarded a scholarship from Syrian Government to do his Master studies as a result of his high grade 2003. He has served on the Technical program committee of many international conferences, such as NETAPPS 2010, ICCAIE 2010, and ISCI 2011, and as a technical reviewer for IEEE TENCON 2009 and IEEE WiMob 2010.
