I am currently working as a research assistant at the Izmir Institute of Technology and doing my PhD on Wireless Communication Systems in the same institute.
I received my BSc degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Istanbul University in 2007 and MSc degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Izmir Institute of Technology in 2010. My MSc thesis title is "Spectrum Sensing Techniques for Cognitive Radio Systems with Multiple Antennas".
My main research interests cover much of cognitive radio systems and spectrum sensing issues as well as implementing multiple antenna techniques in such systems. I am also interested in system identification of spectrum sensing cognitive radios in order to derive their computational operating characteristics regardless of their wireless environment.
