Biography O?uzhan Urhan received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in electronics and telecommunication engineering from the University of Kocaeli, Kocaeli, Turkey, in 2001, 2003, and 2006, respectively. Since 2001 he has been with the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, University of Kocaeli, Turkey, where he is currently associate professor. He was a visiting professor at Chung Ang University, Korea, from 2006 to 2007. His research interests include digital signal and image processing, in particular, image and video restoration and coding.
