Biography Clency Perrine Received his M.S. degree in telecommunications in 2002 and his Ph.D. in telecommunications and signal processing in 2005 from the University of Rennes 1. His thesis deals with an operational system for images transmission in HF band (3–30 MHz). In September 2006, he joined the SIC laboratory in Poitiers as an associate professor. His research interests are focused on Digital Communication Systems and joint source/channel coding schemes for images transmission through non-stationary wireless channels.
