Biography He received the B.Sc. degree in 1996 from University of Tabriz, Tabriz, Iran, and the M.Sc. degree in 1999 from Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran, both in Electrical Engineering. He received his Ph.D. degree in Elecrical Engineering from Tabriz University in 2010. In the past, he had various educational and research activities in the field of telecommunications engineering. In 2010, he joined the University of Mohaghegh Ardebili as an assistant professor. Dr Nooshyar's research interests include divers fields of Information Theory, Digital Communications, Statistical Signals, Image Coding and Image Processing.
