Biography
Lung-Jen Wang received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Sun Yat-Sen University, Taiwan, 2001. Currently, he is an Acting President of National Pingtung Institute of Commerce, Taiwan. He is also an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Pingtung Institute of Commerce, Taiwan. His primary research interests are in the areas of image and video coding, image processing, multimedia network and real-time system.
