Diego Vázquez received the Licenciado (BS) degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Seville (Spain) in 1989, and his PhD degree from the same university on the subject of design and test of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits in 1995.
Since 1990, he is with the Department of Electronics and Electromagnetism at the University of Seville, where he is currently a professor, and with the National Microelectronic Center (today IMSE-CNM-CSIC), where he carries out his main research activities.
His research interests include design, test and design-for-test techniques for RF, analog and mixed-signal circuits and systems. He has several patents and has published a large number of articles in these fields in major international journals and conferences. Moreover, he has collaborated or participated as main researcher in a large number of national and international projects related to his topics of interest.
