Biography Resul Coteli was born in Elazig, Turkey, on 1978. He received B.S., M.S. and PhD degrees from Firat University in 2000, 2006 and 2010, respectively. His research areas include harmonics suppression, reactive power compensation, power electronic applications on distribution and transmission systems and modelling and simulation of power electronic devices.
