Z. Cihan TAYSI received his B.S. and M.S. in Department of Computer Engineering in Yildiz Technical University in Turkey in 2002 and 2006, respectively. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in Intelligent Systems Laboratory (ISL) under Asistant Professor Gokhan YAVUZ in Yildiz Technical University in Turkey.
Currently he is visiting Ph.D in the Wireless Networks and Embedded Systems Laboratory Department of Electrical Engineering, State University of New York at Buffalo under Prof.Tommaso Melodia
