Biography
Monther Aldwairi is an Assistant Professor of Network Engineering and Security at Jordan University of Science and Technology, where he has been since 2007. He is also the Vice Dean of Faculty of Computer and Information Technology since 2010 and was the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs. Monther Aldwairi is an Adjunct Professor at New York Institute of Technology (NYiT) since 2009. He received a B.S. from Jordan University of Science and University in 1998, and his M.S. and PhD from North Carolina State University in 2001 and 2006, respectively. He worked as Post-Doctoral Research Associate at NCSU in 2007 and interned at Borland Software Corporation in 2001. He worked as a system integration engineer for ARAMEX from 1998-2000. His research interests are in Network Security, Intrusion Detection, Artificial Intelligence, Pattern Matching and Bioinformatics and published several well cited articles.
