Biography Lütfü SarIbulut received the B.S. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Inönü University in 2002 and the M.Sc. degree from Çukurova University, Adana, Turkey, in 2008, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree. His areas of interest include power system analysis and modeling, power quality, pulsewidth-modulation techniques, neural networks, fuzzy logic, and power system harmonics. Mr. Saríbulut is a member of the Turkish Chamber of Electrical Engineers.
