Biography Dr. Ali Tangel was graduated from Dept. of Electronics Engineering, Gazi University, Turkey in 1986. He got MsC degree from Hacettepe University, Turkey in 1991. He got PhD degree from Pennsylvania State University Dept. of Electrical Engineering in 1999. His research interests include Mixed Signal VLSI Design, Field Programmable Gate Arrays, Programmable System on Chips, Electronic Instrumentation.
