Biography Javad Poshtan received his B.SC., M.SC and PHD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Tehran University, Tehran, Iran, in 1987, Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, 1991, and University of New Brunswick, Canada, in 1997, respectively. Since 1997 he has been with the Department of Electrical Engineering at Iran University of Science and Technology. As an Associate Professor, he is involved in academic and research activity in areas such as control system theory, system identification, and estimation theory.
