Biography For more than tewenty two years now, I have been working for the Egyptian Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, Central Directorate for Monitoring Systems & Communication (Telemetry Project). Currently I am Genearl Director of Studies and Projects General Directorate. During these years, broad experience have been gained in areas of Water Resources Management, Automatic Control of Canals, SCADA, Electrometrical instrumentation, Distributed Control Systems DCS, Information Technologies and Communication Systems.
