Jumpei Taketsugu received the B.E. degree in Communication Engineering and the M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in Electronic, Information Systems, and Energy Engineering from Osaka University, Suita, Japan, in 2000, 2002, and 2005, respectively. Since 2005, he has been with Okayama Prefectural University, Soja, Japan, where he is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information and Communication Engineering. His interests include radio communications in ad-hoc networks and sensor networks. He is a Member of IEEE and the Institute of Electronics, Information, and Communication Engineers (IEICE).
