José Sanguino was born in November 1964, received the degree of Electrical Engineer in 1989, the M.Sc. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1994 and the Ph.D. degree, also in Electrical and Computer Engineering, in 2004, from Instituto Superior Técnico, Technical University of Lisbon. He is a researcher of the Instituto de Telecomunicações since 1994 and he is presently an Assistant Professor of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico. His current research interests involve mobile computing, wireless communications and radionavigation.
