I received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Dong-a University, Korea, in 1990, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electric and Electrical Engineering from KAIST, Korea, in 1992 and 1998, respectively. From July 1997 to February 2002, I worked for Samsung Electronics Company. From August 2008 to July 2009, I was a visiting scholar at Iowa State University. Since March 2002, I have worked for INJE University, Korea. My major interests are wireless QoS, MAC, routing, and cooperative communications at wireless communications networks, including mobile WiMAX, ad-hoc networks, and mesh networks.
