Biography
Dr. Aqeed Chyad is a project manager in general directorate of power transmission projects at ministry of Iraqi electricity. He earned his PhD from Western Michigan University in USA and his master’s from University of Technology in Iraq. He was also an educator in several institutions and colleges. Dr. Chyad’s research expertise includes infrastructure management and health monitoring, asset management. He has been involved in some conferences in USA universities.
