Biography
TAJ-EDDIN ELHAMADI was born in Alho-
ceima, Morocco, in 1982. He received
the Master’s degrees in electronics and
telecommunications in 2013. Currently
he is working toward the PhD degree at
Abdelmalek Essaadi University, Tetouan,
Morocco. His research interests include
characterization and neural-modeling of microwave devices,
especially GaAs and GaN transistors. His research interests
include also patch antennas optimization using the genetic
algorithms.
