Anne Ruiz-Gazen is a professor in applied mathematics, speciality statistics, member of Toulouse School of Economics. Her themes of research are multivariate data analysis, with in particular the detection of outliers, as well as the theory of Survey sampling, with in particular the estimation of the precision of measures of inequalities in surveys, and, to a less extent, spatial econometrics and statistics. She published more than fifty articles in refereed journals or books. She is also involved in Toulouse School of Economics as a teacher and proposes new pedagogical approaches.
