Dr. Chan H See received a first class honours B.Eng degree in Electronic, Telecommunication and Computer Engineering and PhD degree in the field of Bioelectromagnetic numerical modelling in 2002 and 2007 respectively from the University of Bradford, UK. He won the RFEEI (Radio Frequency Engineering Education Initiative (government/industry)) RF Project Prize for the best final year radio frequency project in 2002. During his PhD studies at University of Bradford, he was working within the Antennas and Applied Electromagnetic research group at Bradford University, Mobile Satellite Communication Research Centre (MSCRC) on a number of projects, concentrating on antenna design and computational electromagnetics. From November 2006 to Febuary 2009, He was a knowledge transfer partnership (KTP) associate, to develop wireless low cost communication system for Yorkshire Water, UK, to monitor its sewerage infrastructure. Currently, he is working as a research assistant to support various of sewerage network monitoring projects. Dr See is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. He has an NVQ 4 in Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
