Carmen B. RodrÃguez-Estrello received the B.S. degree in Telematic Engineering from UPIITA-IPN in 2002, and the M.Sc. degree in CINVESTAV-IPN in 2005 both from I.P.N. of Mexico. Currently, she is studying at CINVESTAV-IPN to obtain the Ph.D. degree. Her main research interest includes mobility, CDMA cellular systems, resource management, teletraffic analysis, and performance modeling of wireless mobile communication networks.
