Abstract
Personal Health Records (PHRs) are of a great importance today due to the wide range of services they provide and their usefulness, thus, the need for capable systems that are able to manage issues related to the PHRs (e.g., security and privacy issues) has increased. This paper describes a comprehensive PHR architecture that is based on the cloud computing and mobile healthcare services. All issues related to security, privacy, information sharing, connections to the cloud are specified with the use of different kinds of architectures in previous works.
