Biography
Javier Sanchis Muñoz received a B.Sc degree in telecommunications, an M.Sc. degree in electronic engineering, and a Master in Remote Sensing from the University of Valencia, Spain, in 2002, 2009 and 2016, respectively. He has been working in RDI engineering in a wide variety of fields since 2002 and has participated as a researcher in different international research projects EU funded. He was a co-recipient of the Success Student Contest/Special Opportunities by the European Space Agency in 2005 and the Hans Von Muldau best publication team award by the International Astronautical Foundation and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Luft- und Raumfahrt in 2006 He has been a lecturer for diverse Spanish universities since 2015 and has co-authored more than ten papers in international conferences. His current research interests include remote sensing, image processing, computer vision, and magnetic devices for sensing applications.
