With the advent of the Internet, many business concepts and theories are reshaping to adapt with this big wave. This paper explored the concepts of Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) focusing on the case of its implementation in the Jordanian market. The study utilized strategic studies, technical studies and a comparison of the Jordanian market to the Indian market. The study used a framework to generate qualitative data that helped in analyzing the market and understanding its concepts. The output from this paper aims to help firms gain some new directions and insights towards more effective strategies and new venues to serve their customers better. Lessons learned from the literature, other countries, and organizations in relation to IPTV helped in recommending some new strategies that will help firms to improve their position in the market. Also, recommendations from this study have added new important elements that will sustain a competitive advantage for the Arabian market.
