This paper describes the original Web-based e-learning software, which is used as a teaching and
learning tool for CWDM optical link design. Optical system design implies defining methodology for proper combination of basic optical system components combination in order to achieve different system performances. For each optical system more solutions match your specific requirements, a designer (or a student) has to choose the optimum solution for a particular situation, using his/her knowledge and
experience in choosing the optical components to
provide a system solution designed long and economic use.
