The objective of this work is to design a bicycle sharing system, which encourages its use by rewarding good behaviors and respecting traffic rules (signed intersections, traffic lights), with a discount on rental costs. For this, bicycles will have different sensors, which through Internet of Things (IoT) devices will transmit the data of the route during the journey such as position, speed, as well as road safety data, through a Low-Power Wide-Area Network (LPWAN). These data can be used to manage the rental system which will let us know the number of running bicycles, as well as where they are parked. Hence, it will be possible to optimize the management of the service, for example, by checking where bicycles are needed and where they amass. We simulate the air interface by the platform \"The Things Network\" and IoT Mbed simulator, as well as the communication between end device and application server via The Things Network (TTN) network. The results show an improvement in the mobility in cities through the implementation of technology, and subsequently to enable reducing carbon monoxide emissions.
