Title Performance Improvement of a Multiuser MIMO System Using Perfect Space- Time Block Code
Authors Dr. Mehdi Rahmati, Cleveland State University, Cleveland, OH, USA

Abstract This paper investigates a BER performance improvement for a multiuser perfect space time block coded scheme. The proposed method deals with a Maximum Likelihood-based decoding algorithm. Perfect space-time block code is a full rate linear dispersion code with full diversity and optimal performance that has nonvanishing constant minimum determinant for increasing spectral efficiency. These codes use cyclic division algebra to achieve the design criteria. The BER performance of the proposed system in the presence of Multiple Access Interference and channel estimation error is simulated.
